Pipefitter/Assembler – $16-$18/hr

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a pipefitter/assembler for a local compressed air producer in Maryville, TN.

 

Pipefitter/Assembler Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut steel pipe
• Weld vessels to brackets and sometimes weld brackets to vessels
• Create cut lists per the mechanical drawings provided 
• Assemble threaded pipes
• Read mechanical blueprints and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools to assemble piping according to diagrams provided

Pipefitter/Assembler Qualifications:

• Must be able to read a tape measure

Pipefitter/Assembler Shift:

• Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
• Full-time
