Chiropractic Assistant

 

A local chiropractic office is seeking an upbeat and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and dedicated to serving their patients with a heart for healing. If you have a strong customer service background and a positive, open-minded attitude, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

 

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support our team in various capacities, including:

• Conducting new patient intakes and evaluations, including X-rays
• Educating patients about their care and wellness
• Managing reception duties and billing processes
• Coordinating marketing events and community outreach initiatives
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Overseeing patient flow and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Accurately entering paperwork and patient data

Qualifications

• Conversational Spanish would be great.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Excellent memorization skills.

Schedule

• Work schedule: 32-38 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Mon/Wed; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Tuesday; 9 AM - 5:30 PM on Thursday).
• Availability to work a few weekends during the summer is required.
• Opportunities for growth into management positions with higher pay are available.

Pay Rate

 

$17.00-$24.00 per hour
