Job Title: Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:

As a carpet cleaning technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions. You will ensure high-quality service delivery to meet customer expectations and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean carpets using appropriate tools and methods
• Treat stains and odors effectively
• Move furniture as needed for cleaning access
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift/move heavy items and work on your feet
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus
