We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires lifting, loading, inspecting, and handling parts while maintaining quality and production standards. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for reliable employees.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload products from production carriers
  • Hang parts on the paint line
  • Place finished products into designated containers
  • Inspect parts throughout the production process for quality
  • Identify and report defects or production issues
  • Follow work instructions and packaging procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete required production documentation
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives 

Requirements

  • Recent experience performing physically demanding work
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
  • Ability to lift materials to shoulder height throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
