Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage Accounts Payable transactions with precision and accuracy

• Code, post, and balance financial documents to ensure smooth accounting operations

• Prepare detailed spreadsheets to support financial reporting and reconciliation

• Assist with phone communications and general office support

• Maintain and update both paper and electronic records and documents

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution (transcript required)

• Prior experience in accounts payable and account reconciliation

• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced office setting

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and excellent organizational skills
