A Fargo, ND based Utility Company is seeking Equipment Operators to join their team for the 2025 season. This seasonal position runs from mid-April until freeze-up, offering upto 60 hours per week during the season.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, for utility installation projects
• Perform site prep, excavation, and backfilling
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
• Drive company vehicles and transport equipment as needed

Requirements:

• CDL-A license required
• Experience operating a backhoe or similar heavy equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Must pass an MVR check and obtain a DOT medical card

Schedule & Pay:

• $25-$32/hour, depending on experience
• Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
