⭐ Who We’re Looking For

 • 1-2 years of experience as a Professional Recruiter (Direct hire placements for management roles, Accountant, Director of HR, Sales roles, etc)

 • 🔥 Hungry: Self-driven, eager to learn, proactive, and gritty
 • 🙇‍♂️ Humble: Willing to serve wherever needed—no job too small
 • 💡 People Smart: You know how to read the room, build trust, and care for people well
