A locally owned Fargo company is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. This person will be responsible for outside sales and account management. This person MUST HAVE asphalt experience. The sales representative will work with existing clients and build new clients by cold calling, making site visits, prospecting new construction, and networking. Clients will include commercial and residential. The company works in paving and parking lot maintenance, so an asphalt background is a must. This position is perfect for somebody with an asphalt and/or labor background that wants to get into sales, or somebody already experienced in sales that has sold product related to this industry. The position is full-time during busy season and then part-time in the Winter months. They offer full benefits, and the pay potential is $100k+.
