• Lead monthly financial reviews and provide insights to business owners
• Prepare and review financial statements using QuickBooks Online
• Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions
• Support advanced payroll and human resources tasks
• Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Collaborate with tax preparers to ensure a smooth tax filing process
