Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Technician position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial HVAC service calls

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment

• Replace defective parts and complete full system installations

• Handle service calls independently with minimal supervision

• Use HVAC-specific hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean, presentable appearance while interacting with customers

• Document work completed and communicate with dispatch as needed

• Travel to job sites in a company vehicle
  
  

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification required

• EPA Certification preferred

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Proven independent service call experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques

• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, crawl, and walk throughout the workday

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
