We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Donation Processor. This role involves sorting, cleaning, and pricing donated items including clothing, household goods, and small appliances. The ideal candidate will also assist with moving furniture from the warehouse to the retail sales floor and ensuring merchandise is clean, presentable, and properly displayed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort incoming donations by category and condition.

• Clean and prepare clothing, household items, and small appliances for resale.

• Price items according to established guidelines.

• Move furniture and larger items from the warehouse to the retail floor as needed.

• Maintain an organized and safe processing and sales area.

• Assist in the setup and rearrangement of displays to promote sales.

• Report any damaged or unsellable items to the supervisor.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or donation processing is a plus.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow pricing and quality standards.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
