A leader in the remittance and lockbox technologies company has several opportunities available for Data Entry Clerks located in North Brunswick, NJ .

 

The positions start immediately and are for contract-to-hire! 

Main Duties:
The Data Entry Clerk will be keying very important information into their database so accuracy and speed are the two essential requirements needed for this role as you will be handling payment processing for the medical/healthcare, property management and banking industries. 

 

In this role, you will: 

• Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency using high speed OPEX scanners. 
• Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
• Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
• Maintain established production and accuracy standards
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:

• 1+ year Experience in payment processing, or working at a HIPAA compliant facility, or experience working for a financial institution or lockbox experience is a huge plus! 
• Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be proficient using 10-key pad and strong alphanumeric skills. 
• Must have basic math skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• High School Diploma or GED required. 

Candidates to consider will have strong data entry skills and will be tested for accuracy and speed. 

Schedule: 
Monday-Friday
8:30AM-5:00 PM 
This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. 

 

Pay Range: 
$18.00-$22.00 and will depend on experience
