Pay: $22.42–$23.59/hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Are you experienced in quality control and ready to take the next step in your career? A well-established, family-owned plastics manufacturing company in Longmont is seeking a Quality Inspection Technician to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve incoming materials by verifying specifications through visual and measurement tests using a variety of testing equipment

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet required standards

• Conduct final inspections on finished goods, document results, and return non-conforming items for rework

• Record inspection outcomes, including calibration and repair data

• Maintain and calibrate measuring tools and inspection equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing (non-food) environment

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints (3+ years)

• 1–2 years of experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

• Skilled in using inspection tools such as Visual CMM, Tesa Height Gauge, and Optical Comparator

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Familiar with MS Office applications

• High School Diploma or GED required
