As a Process Technician, you will:

• Develop and document molding and secondary equipment processes

• Train and support setup technicians to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Analyze machine data and existing setups to drive continuous process improvements

• Participate in shift change meetings, providing key updates and handoffs for the incoming team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding

• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills

• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to process improvement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bilingual communication skills a plus
