In this role, you’ll be responsible for responding to tenant requests, basic property maintenance, and scheduling for more involved projects / repairs. The ideal candidate will have some prior handyman experience or other related skills and have excellent customer service skills. Pay is $60k - $70k DOE with great benefits.
