Join our team in the fast-paced manufacturing industry! We are currently hiring Operators across multiple departments—General Production, CNC Machining, and Treatment Operator. These roles are essential to producing high-quality aerospace components in a safe, clean, and team-oriented environment. Available Positions & Key Responsibilities

General Operator

• Deburr, polish, grind, clean, and inspect metal parts (Steel, Aluminum, Titanium)
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and measuring devices
• Support masking, blasting, and tool setting tasks
• Perform equipment upkeep and follow 5S/Lean practices

CNC Operator

• Set up and operate CNC machines to exact specifications
• Perform in-process inspections and part finishing (deburring, polishing)
• Use measuring devices, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and complete preventive maintenance

Treatment Operator

• Load/unload parts for surface treatment processes
• Prepare parts (cleaning, masking, blasting), and monitor equipment
• Interface with control systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow PPE protocols and support new process launches

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred; CNC or treatment-specific experience/education ideal
• Skills:
• Basic math, computer, and documentation abilities
• Ability to read and follow work instructions or drawings (preferred)
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods
• Must pass visual, physical, and respirator fit tests (if required)
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
