General Laborer - Production

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a General Laborer - Production position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in guiding metal panels from the machine, working with another associate to align and stack finished products.

• Operate and monitor machines, guiding metal through forming equipment on a solo production line (caution: some edges may be sharp).

• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, stacking, and quality checking materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.

• Remain on your feet in a designated area throughout the shift.

• Adapt to seasonal working conditions—hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Requirements:

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to safely handle sharp or heavy materials (assisted heavy lifting required).
  Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with temperature changes.

• Any machine operation experience is helpful.

• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

• Willingness to grow and advance within the company.
