A local Fargo building materials company is seeking a Sales/Estimating to join their team! This is an ideal position for somebody that has a great knowledge of the commercial and residential building industry and is motivated by building relationships in the community. The responsibilities in this role include developing new clients to hit sales goals, estimating, picking out material, reading blueprints, creating takeoffs, and managing the project. This is a “the skies the limit” type role with no cap on commission. The ability to read blueprints is required for this role. Whether you’re currently a well networked salesperson that’s looking for a new opportunity, or you’ve been working on the labor side of construction and looking to get into an office position this could be the fit for you.
