Driver - Warehouse Associate

Salary: $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Driver - Warehouse Associate position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Duties:

1. Deliver parts and equipment on time and without errors as assigned by the store manager

2. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using daily activity sheets

3. Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and report any accidents or damage per company procedures

4. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively during deliveries

5. Keep annual customer/associate complaints to no more than three (3) valid instances

Warehouse & Customer Service Duties:
6. Load/unload equipment and inventory safely and efficiently
7. Organize warehouse daily, ensuring parts and equipment are stacked securely
8. Assist with receiving shipments—targeting a 72-hour turnaround
9. Support packing and shipping orders for afternoon UPS pickups
10. Help maintain the display area and store cleanliness inside and outside
11. Greet customers promptly and assist them with orders, quotes, and general questions
12. Answer phones, prepare quotes, and support the front counter as needed (HVAC experience a plus)
13. Take initiative on tasks, support your team, and contribute to a productive work environment
14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Class C driver’s license and clean MVR
  
  

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse and/or driving experience
  
  

• Physically able to lift and move heavy items (appliances, equipment, etc.)
  
  

• Comfortable dealing with the public and providing face-to-face customer service
  
  

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  
  

• HVAC or parts counter experience is a plus
  
  

• Strong attention to detail, dependable, and team-oriented
