A local general contractor is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you'd be responsible for staying on top of local upcoming projects, building relationships with local businesses and property owners, and overall expanding the business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate will have prior Business Development experience in the construction field, at least 5+ years. Pay is a base of $100k with Commissions on top.
