Key Responsibilities:

• Tile Installation: Install tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings according to design plans, ensuring correct layout, alignment, and spacing.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by applying adhesives, backer boards, or waterproofing as needed for tile installations.

• Grouting and Finishing: Apply grout, clean tile surfaces, and ensure flawless finishes that meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Blueprint and Layout Interpretation: Read blueprints, measure areas, and accurately plan tile patterns for each project.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear to ensure a safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of tile installation experience, including work with various tile materials (ceramic, porcelain, stone).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various physical positions (kneeling, bending).

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and eye for detail to create clean, professional finishes.

• Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using tile cutters, wet saws, trowels, grout floats, and other necessary tools.

• Problem Solving: Ability to adapt and overcome challenges, such as uneven surfaces or unique tile patterns.

• Safety-Oriented: Adherence to safety standards and use of personal protective equipment.
