Key Responsibilities:

• Install drywall sheets to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring secure attachment and proper alignment.

• Apply multiple coats of joint compound and achieve a smooth, flawless Level 5 finish.

• Sand surfaces using manual and power tools while following dust control and safety practices.

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient installation.

• Inspect finished work to meet quality standards and client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of drywall installation and finishing experience, with proven work on Level 5 finishes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, smooth surfaces.

• Proficiency with drywall tools, trowels, sanding equipment, and finishing materials.

• Physical stamina to lift heavy sheets, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Work Environment:

• Indoor construction environments – residential, commercial, or renovation sites.

• Must be comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in dusty conditions.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
