Are you a skilled carpenter or installer with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cabinet Siding Installer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will work on both residential and commercial projects, transforming spaces with high-quality, custom cabinet siding installations. Install Cabinet Siding & Panels: Measure, cut, and install cabinet siding (wood, MDF, laminate, etc.) to meet client specifications and project requirements.
Surface Preparation: Sand, prime, and finish surfaces before installation to ensure smooth and durable finishes.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and clients to ensure that installations are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure that tools and equipment are properly handled and stored.
Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, routers, and sanders. Ability to read blueprints and understand design specifications.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, bending).
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision to ensure perfect cuts, fits, and finishes.
Safety-Conscious: Knowledge of safety protocols and experience working with tools and materials in a safe manner.
Customer Service: Good communication skills and ability to work professionally with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve installation challenges quickly and effectively.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in different environments (residential, commercial, and outdoor).
Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with a team, while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to producing quality work.
