Pay & Schedule:

• $24.00 per hour
• Monday–Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Full-time schedule (Wednesdays and Sundays off)

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their EV needs and showcase vehicle features
• Lead test drives and demonstrate cutting-edge technology
• Manage leads, close sales, and ensure a smooth, positive buying experience
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Stay current with EV models, government incentives, and charging technologies
• Maintain accurate records and use CRM software to track performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience
• Driver's License required
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software
• Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and a desire for long-term career growth
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Physical ability to sit and walk as needed
• Comfortable managing leads, handling inquiries, and completing sales paperwork
