Location: Bend, OR (This is not a remote or hybrid role)

Compensation: $22 hour + Bonuses

 

Job Summary:

This role involves providing customer support, technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs daily. The position is focused equally, if not more, on inside sales, including outgoing calls and follow-up.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care and support the sales team.
• Handle phone communications and place orders on the computer.
• Perform data input.
• Focus on inside sales, including outgoing calls and follow-up.

Expected Results:

• Increase business market share.
• Cross-sell to existing clients.
