You'll play a key role in prioritizing work orders, scheduling technicians, and being the communication hub for our team and customers.

🚧 Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and enter incoming work orders quickly and accurately

• Schedule technicians efficiently based on workload and availability

• Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism and clarity

• Monitor and track job progress, ensuring everything runs on schedule

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot scheduling challenges

• Participate in on-call rotation 1-2 weekends per month (remote)

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Previous dispatching experience preferred

• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office tech
