Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is currently looking to hire an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic, in the Greater Baton Rouge area!

Located in Baton Rouge, LA 

FULL-TIME | TEMP TO PERM | MON-FRI | 8AM-5PM | $20.00+ BOE

JOB DUTIES:

• May be required to travel to different job sites to perform repairs or maintenance.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Work with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts, Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years working in a mechanic role 
• Own tools 
• Skills or knowledge of the Heavy Industrial / Manufacturing environment 
• Reliable transportation
• upbeat & positive attitude
• Team player and interest in growth!
