Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to lead and perform plumbing installations on brand-new commercial construction projects. This role requires technical expertise, the ability to supervise apprentices, and a solid understanding of current Texas plumbing codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and inspect complete plumbing systems on new commercial builds

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and building specifications to determine layout and installation procedures

• Perform underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim phases of construction

• Supervise and train apprentice plumbers to ensure work meets quality and code standards

• Maintain detailed knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and OSHA safety requirements

• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades on job progress

• Identify and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License (TSBPE)

• 3+ years of experience in commercial new construction plumbing

• Must have own hand and power tools required for the trade

• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• No violent felony convictions

• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
