 Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines for food packaging.
• Inspect packaged products for correct weight, sealing, labeling, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logs for production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Clean equipment to ensure sanitary and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food packaging or machine operation preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations).
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
