Express Employment has partnered with a local company that is a staple in the community, and we are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team! This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage scheduling and supervision of food service staff.

Starting Salary: $50,000

Additional Income: Share in gratuities per shift, averaging $20-$50 per meal

Job Duties:

• Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and schedule team members, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Oversee facility readiness, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Work closely with leadership to improve processes and support front-end operations.
• Address customer concerns and maintain excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of team management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Food and beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a neat appearance and wear a uniform as required.
• A motivated, hands-on leader willing to work alongside the team.
