Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Assembler for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive operations on the assembly line to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, drawings, or diagrams.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

• Position parts in specified relationships to each other, using hands, tweezers, or pliers.

• Fasten parts together using solder, bolts, screws, clips, or cements, either by hand or using hand tools or portable powered tools.

• Load and unload previously set-up machines (e.g., arbor presses, drill presses, striping machines, laminating machines, or cutters) for operations like fastening, force fitting, or light metal-cutting on the assembly line.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or similar physical labor roles is required.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and use a sledgehammer.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Ability to adapt to different tasks as required by production needs.
