Customer Service Representative - Contract

 

Our client in the Lake County area is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team for a contract opportunity. Our client is involved in the recreational industry and this special project will entail data entry & customer contact. More details below!

 

Job Highlights:

• Contract project until May 2025, with possibility of getting hired on
• Hybrid role, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (in office Mondays and Wednesdays)
• Pay: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities: 

• Data entry
• Monitor and reply to multiple email accounts and phone calls
• Maintain files and records for current and new accounts
• Prepare invoicing, claims, overpayments, and cancellations
• Other duties as assigned

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Prior warranty or financial service business experience and the knowledge of product and the ability to interpret an extended warranty contract preferred
