Admin/Sales Coordinator 

 

An Admin/Sales Coordinator is needed for a well-established company in the design, engineer and manufacturing industry in Lake Forest. A great opportunity to work for a small-medium sized company that is quality focused, family oriented, hardworking and friendly.

 

Highlights of Admin/Sales Coordinator: 

  • Open to temp to hire or direct hire
  • Onsite in Lake Forest, IL
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 
  • Pay: Up to $60K based on experience

Your Role Within the Company 

  • Administrative: assisting the director of sales, phone/email correspondence, provide administrative support to various departments as needed - marketing, sales, customer service, operations etc.
  • Sales: Order & Quote Entry, PO review, portal management, navigating Netsuite and Copilot (AI)

Background Profile:

  • 2-4 years of related experience in an office role preferred
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and some Excel. Previous CRM experience ideal.
  • Ability to wear many hats and "no task is too big or small" 
  • **Position does require some light travel (1-2 tradeshows per year)**
