Outside Sales

Salary: 15/hr

We are looking for an Outside Sales position in the Kendall area!

Job Description: The outside sales representative is responsible for driving growth by identifying and closing any sales deals. This role involves building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their fumigation needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the pest control or related industries.

 

Details: 

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate fumigation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Provide expert advice and answer client questions regarding fumigation processes and safety protocols.
• Call center provides the appointments for the sales people.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ability to commute on the job - company will provide the vehicle and appointments. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish Required)
• Entry level position - somebody who wants to get into sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Position is paying $15/hr plus commission per each closed sale

Vehicle is provided - appointments as well

Monday through Friday, 8a.m.-5p.m. Has to have availability to work a weekend here and there.
