This role offers a potential hybrid schedule after 90 days of in-office training, allowing for 2-3 remote workdays per week.

What You’ll Do:

💰 Process & post payments – including cash, checks, and EOBs to patient accounts
🏦 Batch claims & reconcile deposits – ensuring accuracy and timely entry
📞 Communicate with insurance providers – resolving unapplied cash and adjustments
📊 Work with EHR systems – NexGen required, and eClinicalWorks and/or Epic preferred
💡 Support billing & finance teams – assisting with month-end reconciliation

Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience Required: 2+ years in cash posting and medical billing
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe
🔹 Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry (Advanced 10-key skills a plus!)
🔹 Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Experience with FQHCs & EHR systems preferred
🔹 Remote-Eligible: Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
