Salary: $18/hr - $25/hr, BOE

This role offers the opportunity to work both in the field and in a materials laboratory, conducting inspections and testing various construction materials to ensure quality and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform field and lab testing on construction materials (concrete, soil, asphalt, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Document and report testing results accurately.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in material testing, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in outdoor environments and travel to job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
