🧩 What You'll Do:

🔧 Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
🛡 Remove malware, keep systems secure and current
🖥 Install and configure computers, software, and hardware
📧 Set up and support email systems
🌐 Diagnose and fix network and wireless issues
🎥 Install and maintain video surveillance systems
📊 Recommend upgrades and tech improvements
📝 Document support activities and communicate clearly with users & the team

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in IT support
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networks)
WIFI Installation experience
Solid grasp of Windows/MAC OS and networking basics
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
Great communicator—both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Valid driver’s license (for occasional client site visits)
