Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in Sherman, TX. We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with leading companies across Texoma, providing full-time, part-time, and temporary employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Fill orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager and Outside Sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• General Office Duties: Assist with additional office-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Strong Phone Presence: Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Inside Sales Experience: Experience in inside sales is preferred, but not required.

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
