We are looking for an Accountant

 

Job Description: This Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions for all four different car wash locations. This role involves someone who is knowledgeable in GAAP, is able to ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial reports to management. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
• Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. 
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 
• Proven experience in accounting 3+ years required. 
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Fully Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)
