We are currently hiring a General Manager

 

Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the car wash and detailing facility. This person will be overseeing four different locations, including managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, ensure that the locations are driving in profit. This role requires a strong leadership, organizational, and goal oriented person. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the four different locations, including car washing, detailing, and customer service. 
• Ensure efficient workflow and adhere to quality standards. 
• Manage the inventory of supplies and chemicals. 
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage labor costs. 
• Manage the budgets and control expenses, monitor sales and revenue, and implement different strategies to increase profitability. 
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the car wash and detailing industry. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to run different operations at the same time and ensure efficiency. 
• Bilingual (English and Spanish Required)
