Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.

• Consult with clients to assess their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Recruit, screen, and onboard associates to meet client workforce needs.

• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and employment verifications.

• Manage associate onboarding including paperwork, orientations, and compliance documentation.

• Work closely with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.

• Utilize various technologies for communication, documentation, and applicant tracking.

• Participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote our services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Willingness to engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling.

• High computer aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Ability to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

• Some experience in recruiting, sales, or marketing preferred but not required.
