 Job Full Description:

Express Employment professionals is looking for a Bilingual Front Desk. This position is essential for providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, data entry, payment processing, and performing general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:  

• Phones management- answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional Manner in both English and Spanish.
• Data Entry- accurately input and maintain customers data. Ensure records are up to date and organized.
• Customer Service-Greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and provide support in both English and Spanish. Address concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Administrative- Assist with scheduling, filling, and general office task.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Qualifications: 

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Previous Experience in customer Service or front desk
• Proficiency with basic computer programs
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain confidentiality
• Dependable and professional
