Job Summary: 

 

We are seeking an energetic customer service Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to close sales by building relationships with clients and providing outstanding service. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Sales: Actively engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales to meet individual and company sales goals. 
• Customer Service: Interact with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and answer inquiries in a timely manner. 
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all products to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in product training. 
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to ensure smooth daily operations. 

 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous customer service experience. 
• Bilingual - English and Spanish Required. 
• Confidence in interacting with customers and closing sales. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Logistical experience is a plus. 
• Experience with computers - excel, microsoft office skills. 

 

Position is Monday through Friday, 9a.m.-5p.m.
