Superintendent

Located in Miami, FL

Salary: 85K - 110K

We are currently hiring for a Superintendent Position!

 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily construction activities on job sites. 
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Plan & review construction program including plan layout, equipment requirements and manpower. 
• Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing. 
• Work with project manager to establish temporary construction services. 

 

Qualifications: 

• 10 - 15 years in the construction area
• Strong project management and communication skills. 
• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering, any related field. 

 

Position is Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m.
