Delivery Driver – Warehouse Operations (Class E)

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Driving

• Make daily deliveries to rural job sites supporting well-drilling and related installations
• Operate a flatbed truck or ¾‑ton pickup with trailer
• Load your own vehicle using a forklift (training and certification provided if needed)
• Secure loads using straps, chains, and tie-downs following safety best practices
• Complete Bills of Lading (BOLs), delivery paperwork, and basic proof-of-delivery photos
• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintain a clean, organized cab and bed

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory within the warehouse
• Perform regular inventory checks and help ensure accurate stock levels
• Assist with order preparation and staging for outbound deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow company safety procedures and material-handling protocols

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on job sites
• Represent the company professionally as the on-site contact
• Communicate clearly with customers, warehouse staff, and management
• Relay inventory needs, order statuses, and delivery feedback to the team

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class E driver’s license (required)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Experience with trailers, flatbeds, or load securement preferred
• Comfortable navigating rural routes
• Forklift experience helpful (will train)
• Ability to work independently after onboarding
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
