Event Staff - $24 to $30/hour Depending on Position
We are searching for Event Staff for an upcoming event in March 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center. There are various positions that we need to fill. Working the full week is NOT guaranteed. Please see the majority of the positions below:
EVENT DATE 2/28/26 to 3/06/26
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisor
- Manage event staffs within designated areas
- Direct communication with client's managers
- Coordinate breaks for event staffs
- Must be able to multitask
Floor Assistants
- Work with client's team to assist exhibitors with questions
- Help direct exhibitors around show floor
- Handle requests for floor manager
Registration Typist
- Use computer to register and assist guests
- Use Google to search companies
- Print badges
- Must be able to type 30-40 WPM
Line Monitor
- Guide guests to registration stations
- Advise guests on how to prepare for registration
Badge Scanner
- Check/Scan Badges before entry
- Give directions to nearest restrooms and info desk
Printer Attendants at Mobile Carts
- Check photo ID
- Hand printed badges to guests
- Give directions to nearest restrooms and info desk
Product Showcase Attendants
- Set-up and manage product showcase area
Information Desk
- Answer questions and give general information on products
Bag Distributor/Greeter
- Pass out show bags to guests entering the show
Floater & Runner
- Move around wherever help is needed
- May fill in for breaks
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Prior experience as an Event Staff is a plus
- Punctual and reliable
- Willing to be trained
- Excellent communication skill
