Express Employment Professionals currently is seeking Optician candidates for a growing private optometry practice with a bright future, and we're looking for the PERFECT addition to their team!

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POLISHED PROFESSIONAL:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Create a memorable patient experience with high level of attention & customer care to patients at all times
Educate and guide patients through eyewear sales, including frame selection & lens materials and designs according to their prescriptions and eyewear needs
Adjust & repair eyewear
Troubleshoot eyewear/vision issues
Process eyewear orders and file insurance claims
Assist in inventory
Verify insurance information, be able to interpret it to patients and process payments
Maintain patient records with confidentiality
Assist with clinical & administrative tasks
Cross train to serve in all roles as needed (training provided)

**Qualifications:** - Previous experience as an OPTICIAN- Computer savvy- Excellent written & spoken communication skills - Fantastic ability to relate to others - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of optometric terminology is a plus - Experience working in an eye care environment is necessary.
