Express Employment Professionals in South Oklahoma City is hiring a mechanically inclined TIG/MIG Welder. As a TIG/MIG Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication of equipment, parts, and manufacturing components. You will be responsible for performing high-quality welds, following safety protocols, and ensuring all work meets precise specifications and industry standards. This position would be an evaluation to hire role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld components for equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication and welding issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in MIG or TIG welding is required.
• Ability to pass weld tests.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
