General Assembly/Operator

 

Job Type: Temp to Hire

10+ openings 

 

 

Shift Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Mandatory overtime based on business demand

 

Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $16.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Read work orders to determine style, size, options, and materials required to complete units on order.
• Calculate size or position using charts.
• Operate hand or power tools, or production equipment.
• Measure and cut materials.
• Record production information on marker boards or in production logs.
• Inspect work performed to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
