Outside Sales Representative

Located in Fond Du Lac, WI

Salary: $40,000 + Commission

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay:  $40,000 (Salary) + Commission

Duties:

• Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Perform roofing estimates and prepare accurate quotes for clients.
• Utilize ladders to access and inspect roofs as needed.
• Assess roofing conditions and provide detailed project estimates.
• Work comfortably at heights while conducting inspections.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable mode of transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Previous experience in roofing or construction is a plus.
